8:30 Pickup from your hotel in a comfortable car.

9:00 Arrive at Bat Trang Pottery Village. Gather at a pottery workshop where artisans will guide you through the pottery-making process and explain the types of glazes and ceramics. You will then have the chance to create your own ceramic pieces and paint figurines.

10:00 Visit the Bat Trang Ceramic Museum to learn about the history and art of the village's pottery.

11:30 Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

13:30 Free time to explore Bat Trang market, learn more about ceramics, and shop for souvenirs. Alternatively, you can visit Bat Trang Pagoda or the village communal house.

16:00 Gather at the designated spot to board the vehicle for your return trip to Hanoi.

17:00 Arrive back at your original meeting point. The program concludes, and the driver and guide will say goodbye

Children from 4 to 7 years old: 25% discount on adult rate.

Children over 7 years old: charged as adult rate

Family with 2 children from 4 to 8 years old: charged as adult rate

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the selected activity date

Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by Charming Travel Agency
FOC cancellation more than 15 days before travel date, 30% surcharge if cancelled 15 days or less before travel date. If cancelled 7 days or less before the tour starts, 55% of the total amount is charged and if cancelled 2 days or less before the tour starting date, 100% of the total amount is charged.
