Children Policy
Under 5 years old
- Children under 5 years old sharing a full price room with adults: Free of charge (limited to 1 child/1 room)
- From the 2nd child: surcharged at VND 1,500,000/ child (sharing bed with
parent)
Children from 5 to 11 years old
- Child stays in a double/ twin room with 2 adults: surcharged at VND 2,500,000/ child (sharing bed with parent)
- Child stays in a double/ twin room with 2 adults: surcharged at VND 3,500,000/ child (with extra bed)
Above 11 years old
- For children above 11 years old, adult rate will be charged
Extra bed
Charged at 40% on double room for the third person using an extra bed

Cancelation Policy 
Cancellation more than 3 days prior to check-in: free of charge
Cancellation less than 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
