15:00 – 17:30 approx: Gather at reception area to participate in Kayaking activities
16:00 – 18:00 approx: Take pictures with the cruise by drone at the Sundeck area (depending on the weather condition)

18:00 approx: Cooking demonstration
18:00 – 19:00: Join the Happy Hour
19:00: Enjoy dinner
DAY 2
05:45 – 06:15 approx: Enjoy the sunrise & join a golf class
06:15 – 06:35 approx: Taichi exercise
06:45 – 07:30 approx: Enjoy breakfast
07:45 – 08:45 approx: Gather at the reception area to visit Dark and Bright Cave by local rowing boat.
09:30 – 09:45 approx: Pack up the luggage and put them in front of the door, then return the key to the reception counter.
09:45 approx: Enjoy the buffet in our restaurant.
10:45 approx: Settle down the payment for personal expenses (beverages, spa, etc.).
11:10 approx: Return to the mainland by speedboat.
11:45 approx: Return to harbor
14:00 – 14:30 approx: Drop-off in the Hanoi Old Quarter.

Booking Policy:
Cancellation more than 3 days prior to check-in: free of charge
Cancellation less than 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
Cruise Policy.
We would like to keep the right to change your cruise and program in case the cruise have been full booked.
Check in on board: 12:00pm. Check out: 11:30am. Return Hanoi: 15:00 - 15:30
The FOC rate for children under 5 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 5 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Children from 5-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $50/adult and $30/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st
Included Shuttle bus: $35/person (adults and children round trip). Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House. If you take a self check-in in Halong Bay. Please contact us for transfer discount.
