19:30 Pick up at 31 Lo Su, Hoan Kiem or your hotels in Old Quarter for transfer to Ha Giang. Arriving Ha Giang Hostel 03:30 next day. Direct book with us to have Free Bed Room & Breakfast at our Hostel.

08:30: Meet your easy rider tour guide, prepare with knee/elbow pads and hop on the motorbike – your Ha Giang Motorbike Tour has begun! Begin by heading towards Bac Sum Pass, up to Heaven Gate,  where you can take in the beautiful scenery of the twin mountains and Tam Son town. We stop for lunch in Yen Minh Town, then drive towards Dong Van, through the picturesque Chin Khoanh Pass. You’ll be wowed by the surrounding geo-heritage site called Dong Van Karst. The landscape is composed of endless rice terraces, thousands of limestone rocks and awe-inspiring views. This is also where you’ll get the first glimpse into the life of the local hill tribe people as they work on the surrounding land. Next, visit Hmong King’s Palace, the one-hundred-year-old palace of Vuong Chinh Duc – the King of H’mong people. Arrive at family-owned hotel in Dong Van early evening. Here, you’ll enjoy a local Vietnamese dinner and perhaps even some karaoke with the local families after a long day of riding and sightseeing.
Day 2: Nam Dam Village – King H’mong Palace – Dong Van Town

The breakfast is served by the host family. Say goodbye to the local people then we drive towards Dong Van, through the picturesque Chin Khoanh Pass, home to major geo-heritage site Dong Van Karst Plateau. The landscape is composed of seemingly endless rice fields, thousands of limestone rocks and breath-taking views. It also gives you the chance to experience the life of hill-tribe villages where local people work on the rice fields. Next, you’ll visit Hmong King’s Palace, the home of Vuong’s family in Sa Phin. Arrive in Dong Van family-owned hotel in early evening, where you’ll enjoy a local Vietnamese dinner and live music after a long day of mind-blowing landscape views. At night time, relax before another day of adventures.
Day 3: Dong Van Town – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Nho Que River – Du Gia Local Village

After breakfast we leave Dong Van Town to enter the highlight of the journey, the Ma Pi Leng Pass. This Vietnam mountain pass is famous for its abrupt cliffs and breath-taking views. With an altitude of 2,000 meters, it is often referred to as the “king” of the passes in Vietnam. Kayaking on Nho Que river will be an unforgettable experience offering some serious bragging rights! As you experience how spectacular the Ma Pi Leng Pass is, we will trek the Sky Path to have a closer look at the whole valley and Nho Que river. From the top view, there is a picturesque 360° panorama of Ma Pi Leng Pass and its overwhelming mountains and river views. We continue to drive through the villages of Meo Vac, Mau Due and Lung Ho, where our break for lunch is served. In the afternoon, we pass through the epic mountainous to Du Gia rural homestay, located amongst magnificent green rice fields. In the evening, enjoy a delicious family dinner with the locals, where you can try their “Happy Water” (local rice wine).
Day 4: Du Gia-Lung Tam Village -Ha Giang-HaNoi

Limousine bus to Hanoi

After breakfast, you’ll visit a local waterfall for swimming and views. Next, you’ll experience H’mong tribe textile weaving first hand in Lung Tam village, where H’mong ethnic women work skillfully to produce incredible textile products. You have the opportunity to visit the shop where you can bring a woven product home. We then cross Quan Ba town and view Nui Doi mountain. After crossing Sky Gate, we pass back by Bac Sum Pass and arrive in Ha Giang city late afternoon, before getting the 4:30 PM Comfort Limousine bus back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi Old Quarter about 11:00 PM.

Should I Drive By Myself ?
Our tours include easy-riders for a reason – largely because the roads on the Ha Giang Loop can be dangerous, often with many obstacles designed only for the most experienced drivers! It’s for this reason that we offer this tour with an easy-rider.
However, if you’re experienced on a motorbike and have an international driver’s license, we may allow you to drive for a period of time on easier roads. Please ask your easy-rider and they’ll allow at their discretion. We are not liable for any injuries so please ride at your own risk.

How Much Luggage Can I Take ?
On the motorbike tour itself, please just bring what you need for 3 days only. Due to limited vehicle space and the nature of accommodation, we ask that you limit yourself to a maximum of 10 kgs in a backpack or overnight bag.

What About My Meals ?
You will be eating local Vietnamese food prepared in various restaurants and accommodation along the way. If you are vegetarian, vegan or have any other dietary restrictions or allergies please inform us at the time of booking. We will be sure to accommodate you!
