Tour itinerary:
Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay.
08:00-08:30: Our air-conditioned transfer vehicle will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter to bring you to Tuan Chau Pier.
11:45: Our crew will welcome you at the office of the pier.
12:00: The crew members of Cruise will welcome you. You will be transfered to Cruises by tender boats, welcome drinks and cold towels will be served at first. The cruise manager will share common safety rules before check-in. While Cruises is moving, You will definitely admire the charming scenery of Lan Ha Bay.
A special lunch of fresh food and an assorment of appetizing delicacies will be served. You will be enchanted when decadently dining on our luxury junk, our lavish interpretation of a traditional Vietnamese boat, Life just doesn't get better than this! We then set sail for Lan Ha Bay.
15:00: We will visit the Frog Pond area - famous for the pristine natural beauty and poetic, attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay. Here you will take some photos of the romantic, lyrical local seesights. This is also the best time for tourists to enjoy kayaking - which is an interesting activity to discover the truest beauty of the limestone mountains and the blue sky of Lan Ha Bay. Afterwards, visitors immerse in the emerald green water of Lan Ha with exciting swimming activities.
17:30: Return to Cruises. Enjoy sunset party on Ha Long Bay. It is a ideal time for photography enthusiasts to capture the stunning moment of sunset at Lan Ha Bay.
19:30 - Midnight. Enjoy a romantic dinner at the restaurant.
Enjoy the nightlife of Ha Long Bay from the deck. Immerse yourself in music, enjoy a glass of coctail from the bar, sing karaoke and relax on the cruise. Otherwise, you can fish squid with the sailors or simply relax in the room and watch Ha Long Bay from the balcony.
Day 2: Lan Ha Bay - Halong Bay - Hanoi.
7:00: Breakfast is served at Cruise restaurant.
7:30: You will visit Amazing cave, a famous beautiful area of Lan Ha Bay with the pristine natural scenery, charming emerald sea. You will enjoy the beautiful scenery here on the bamboo boat (indigenous people rowing boat) to mingle with nature, get away from the hustle and bustle of urban life to feel the relaxed and most comfortable moments.
9:30: You return to the boat and check out. Then the lunch in the restaurant is ready for you.
11:30: Disembark and move back the port.
11:45-12:00: Our bus drive you back Hanoi.

Cruise Policy
- We would like to keep the right to change your cruise and program in case the cruise have been full booked.
- Check in on board: 12:00pm. Check out: 11:30am. Return Hanoi: 15:00 - 15:30
- The FOC rate for children under 3 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 3 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-9 will pay extra charge 80% of adult rate.
- Children 10 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $50/adult and $30/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st
- Included Shuttle bus: $35/person (adults and children round trip).
Children policy
- Teenager of 9 years old and above will be charged as adult’s rate
- 02 children from 5 – 9 years old need to book one room separately, charge 85% of an adult’s cabin rate
- Children from 5 -9 years old sharing bed with 02 adults: charge 75% of an adult’s rate
- Children from 5 -9 years old sharing cabin with parents and using extra bed: charge 85% of an adult’s rate
- One child under 9 years old sharing cabin with an adult: charge as adult’s rate
- Children under 5 years old: free of charge (sharing bed with parents)

Pick up policy
- We offer pick-up service for locations inside the Old Quarter of Hanoi, from 8:00 - 8:30 AM. We will send you a confirmation email of the pick up time 1-3 days before the departure of your tour.
- We do not offer pick-up service for locations outside the Old Quarter of Hanoi, AirBnB/ Homeys/Apartments. Please come to our office:
- Charming Vietnam Travel, 31 Lo Su, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi at 8:10 - 8:20 AM.
- - For big groups staying outside of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, you can consider the Private Car/Bus service for your group. Please contact us in advance for the best arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 3 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- Cancellation less than 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 3-5 business days.
I want to go to Ninh Binh/Sapa/Ha Giang instead of Hanoi after the tour.
For Ninh Binh: We also provide Limousine bus to Ninh Binh instead of coming back to Hanoi, please inform us in email or Whatsapp/Line/Kakaotalk hotline at: +84 964 760 469. For Sapa/Ha Giang: Because these places are far away, transfer services from Halong is limited and/or more expensive. Yes, we offer free room decorations for your special events! Additionally, cakes are available for $12. Please contact us beforehand for the best arrangements.
Why am I charged more for single suite?
Our rooms by default are designed for 2 people. Single rooms cost more per person because the cruise cannot split the room cost between multiple guests. Additionally, operational costs like cleaning and maintenance remain the same, regardless of the number of occupants.

- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions.
