Job Description:

I. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Manage and supervise the Product Department in Vietnam to ensure the operation of the Product Department proceeds in a consistent and effective way
- Research, create and launch new products and update current products to match the Easia Travel Group standard, image and value
- Support and coordinate with other departments to encourage synergies, maintain collaboration with relevant departments in carrying out processes and find out what factors need to change in a timely manner

II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY/DUTIES
1. Main tasks
- Establish a production plan
- Research and develop new products in Vietnam
- Communicate Product updates
- Monitor Quality of Products
- Promote new product to the markets
- Supervise and Support Vietnam product teams (Hanoi, Danang, Saigon)
2. Other tasks
- Conduct inspection trips

Requires:
1. Competency
- Fluent in English language (Open for Vietnamese & Expats)
- Strong knowledge of the tourism field, including hotel and tourism management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Creative, dynamic and possesses good knowledge about products and destinations in Vietnam
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
2. Education
- University: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign Languages / Economics or other related fields
3. Experience
- At least five years of experience in the tourism industry
- At least two years of experience in a similar position
